从这篇文章中我学到的最有用的一点是,潜力对职业的重要性越来越大,那些负责为公司招聘人员的人应该更加关注应聘者的潜力,这意味着他将来是否会表现出色,他是否有能力处理自己的工作。在本文中,列出了识别潜在客户的各种方法,这可以作为HR在面试时考虑的参考。此外,我认为本文对于人力资源管理公司的发展是一个很好的实践。










 

In the past, a lot of companies paid large attention to brains, experience, background and competencies when hiring employees. While, with the development of time and technology, the competition becomes more and more complex and needs employees gain more ability, which means potential. At the beginning of the article, through two examples, the author states that only with good background  and high competencies is not enough, and a new era focuses more on talent and potential has already come. Since various companies do not realize this and still face problems, this article raise the solution for those who are in charge of hiring people with motivation, curiosity, insight, engagement and determination, which are better hiring, smart retention and stretch development.
I think like many of us, people may put more efforts in improving their ability, such as strive hard to get to a better school to receive good education, taking various internship so as to make themselves look more experienced, etc. While after reading this article, I know that potential and talent is also crucial to nowadays employees, for a new era has already come, so we have to obtain more ability to deal with business. That, maybe will be the direction of my career.
The most useful thing I learn from this article is that potential becomes more and more important to career, and those who is responsible for hiring people for company should pay more attention to applicants’ potential, which means whether would he do well in the future and does he have the ability to handle his work. Within this article, there lists various ways to identify potential, which can be a reference for HR to consider when interview. What is more, I also think that this article is a very good one for HRM to put into practice for the development of company.
