Moreover ,in the CSR report of Ferrero in 2013 , Ferrero highlighted they commitment to maintaining excellence quality,freshness and innovation. 
Besides, Ferrero seeks to promote a balanced diet and lifestyle ,including regular physical exercise ,and offering grade products at the same time, their product line -Nutella show the differentiation when compare with others .
Testing product before bring it into a new market.
Select manufactures only in where it is sure it can deliver consistently and secure the supply chain .
