The graph above shows the business process of E2G Logistics. In specific, the first step is taking delivery upon the customer requirement. Larger cargos are generally taken delivery by courier in person, and these cargos will be delivered to parcel and warehousing departments. Next, the parcel and warehousing departments will package the cargoes according to the types and characteristics of cargoes, and these cargo will be delivered to operation department. Next, the operation department will load the cargoes according to the limitation required by customer, and these cargoes will be delivered to processing center. The employees in processing center will place the cargoes with classification and arrange the loading of cargoes following the destination. When these cargoes arrival the distributing center, these cargoes will be distributed upon the customer requirement, such as, self-pickup or door to door delivery. After the customer receives the cargos, courier should check the cargoes face to face with the customer and have the customer sign the receipt. Finally, the customer can visit the official website for the evaluation of this service. These feedback can help company to make further adjustment in the future services.

As Jessie.Lin (International import and export manager), Nicole Lin (Warehouse and transportation manager) and Peter Murray (Marketing manager) began to join in, E2G Logistics has been filled with new blood. They have rich professional knowledge and experience on management. Mutual assistance is shown between various departments, and together, they direct and supervise the subordinates. The company has a harmonious working atmosphere. In specific, leaders would not only encourage employees to follow the policies of company, but also advocate employees to independently think and act, which can help employees realize their potential. E2G Logistics does not sell products, but to provide a convenient service. This serve is mainly a process from the supplier to the receiver. Specially, E2G Logistics provides customer some services with unique style. The specific services are:
Baggage services for international students;
Free Luggage storage service for international students (in two months);
International moving services;
File Speedpost service;
Mail service for gift parcel tax (including cosmetic, health products, milk and so on);
International logistics service;
Some of above services are not available for currently major logistic companies. E2G Logistics can provide customers with more choices. 
 
Price
The freight of E2G Logistics is relatively cheaper than other logistics. In 2016, E2G Logistics provides the luggage service for international students, and the lowest price for this service can reach 20kg/€75. Currently, there are four E2G Logistics transportation lines from Ireland to China. In specific, the transportation lines are direct business line, bounded line of Guangzhou, express and Junk bond line. The bounded line of Guangzhou is only transporting milk. Express is divided into ordinary delivery and urgent delivery. The following table provides the prices for four transportation lines. 
 
Place
The main target groups of E2G Logistics are Chinese students studying abroad in Ireland, Chinese workers in Ireland, and other customers need to mail the cargoes. In 2008, E2G Logistics becomes the designated distribution company for Chinese embassy in Ireland. E2G Logistics takes self-direct channel, which are divided into human services and self-services. Human services include onsite Pickup andcustomer service hotline. Self-services include order online and order WeChat. Currently, the company has five delivery trucks which are used to transports the packages from the warehouse to various distribution. 
 
Promotion
E2G Logistics applies the different advertising methods to improve visibility, such as, distributing leaflets to all parts of Ireland, affixing posters in Chinese restaurant from town to town, regularly publishing the latest information and preferential policies of E2G Logistics in social media of Weibo, Twitter, Facebook and so on. In December 2016, in the International Students’ Day of IT Carlow, E2G Logistics promoted and spread its own business on China exhibition platform. E2G Logistics has undertaken the bonus point’s activities. These points can be redeemed at the next time consumption.E2G Logistics also carried out some online activities, and issued small gifts to participants. 
 
 HRM/Culture
There exists formal employment relationship between managers and employees in E2G Logistics. Managers of each department have more than seven years of relevant work experience. Moreover, the company is also actively seeking to the experienced managers and explore new management models. The employees of E2G Logistics not only have bachelor’s degree and special skills, but also has a proficiency in the writing and conversation skills of both Chinese and English. At present, the company does not establish the Department of Human resources management, which results in the company’s human resources management imperfect. Most employees are recruited by the manager personally, which increases the work pressure of the managers. In order to explore the talents, E2G Logistics has established the program of Logistics management trainee. The company will carry out the appropriate training for the new employees. During the training period, the company will be arranged to learn by joining in the management team. During the internship, the trainees will learn the relative knowledge of Logistics, international freight forwarding, distribution, trade and sales, and familiar with related business.

The distribution system can reduce the idle time of vehicles, arrange the appropriate vehicle route, develop reasonable distribution program. Thus, the distribution system can veritably improve the vehicle utilization. E2G Logistics has set up different monitoring means for each link. For example, each deliveryman of E2G Logistics is equipped with handheld terminal, and each distributing truck is equipped with GSP system. In other words, all of these monitoring means can timely access the whole process information of express.
