Reference的写作格式

1. 引用书籍内容Quoted book content
 
If the content quoted by the students is from published books and the author is indicated, the format should be:
Author's surname, initials. (year of publication). Title (if not the first edition, indicate the edition). Place of publication: Publisher (be sure to leave a blank space after punctuation, and the title should be in italics)
 
2. 引用书籍某章节内容Reference to a chapter of the book
 
If the content quoted by the students comes from a certain chapter of the book, the format should be:
Chapter author's last name, first name abbreviation. (year). Chapter name. In editor's first name abbreviation, editor's last name (EDITION), book name (page number of quoted chapter). Place of publication: publisher
 
3. 引用学术期刊文章Citation of academic journal articles
If the contents quoted by students come from academic journal articles, the format should be:
Author's surname, initials. (year of publication). Article name. Journal name, volume quotation mark (issue number), chapter page number
 
4. 引用内部文件内容Reference to internal documents
If the content quoted by students comes from internal documents, the format should be:
The author's last name and initials. (if there is no author's first name, the organization's first name can be written.) (the year, if the date and month are given), the file name (if the policy, report or circulation number are given), and the unpublished internal document, Organization name (if the author's name is not the organization's name, it should be indicated here)

Third, if the author name is not given, start with the file name

Here are two types of specific formats for referencing electronic resources:
 
1. Reference web content

If the content quoted by the students comes from the web page, the format should be:
Author's last name, initials. (year of website creation or year of document publication). Page name. Quoted from website
 
2. Reference intranet files

If the content quoted by the students comes from the intranet, the format should be:
The author's surname and initials. (if there is no author's first name, the organization's first name can be written.) (the year, if the date and month are given), the file name (if the policy, report or cycle number are given), the unpublished intranet document, Organization name (if the author's name is not the organization's name, it should be indicated here)
