本文从20世纪80年代文化、社会和经济状况的分析入手,更好地了解香港人力资源管理面临的挑战和前景。不同时期呈现出不同的发展模式。通过对香港人力资源管理的历史发展的分析,发现影响香港人力资源管理的因素有三个,分别是法律因素和制度因素、中国因素和全球化影响。在未来,将会出现新的前景。它应该与中国建立更紧密的经济关系。在知识经济日益普及的今天,人力资源管理也应以知识经济为中心,寻找知识型劳动力,创造更多的价值。

This article starts with the analysis of cultural, social and economic situation from 1980s to better understand the challenges and perspective of Human Resource Management in Hong Kong. Different period shows different development pattern. Through the analysis of historical development of HRM in Hong Kong, there appears to be three factors that influence HRM in Hong Kong, which are legal and institutional factors, the China factor and the influence of globalization. In the future, there will appears new prospect. It should set closer economic ties with China. Since nowadays knowledge economy becomes popular, human resource management should also focus on it and find knowledge workforce to create more value.
我认为,在影响人力资源管理的因素中,我对全球化非常感兴趣,因为我以前不知道全球化如何影响人力资源管理。一开始,全球化使香港更加开放,为人们创造了更多的就业机会,这导致了香港人力资源管理的放缓。在全球化的今天,香港的人力资源管理有着更好的发展动力和更成熟的管理制度。读完这一部分,我觉得全球化就像一把双刃剑。它可能会在开始时引起问题,但如果没有它,可能就不会有快速的发展。因此,对于长期发展,我认为这不是威胁,相反,它是一个催化剂,将推动人力资源管理在香港快速行动。
I think in the part of factors that influence Human Resource Management, I am very interested in globalization for I have no idea before how can it influence HRM. At the beginning, globalization makes it Hong Kong more open and create more job for people, which causes the slow down of HRM in Hong Kong. While just as globalization, HRM in Hong Kong has the motivation to get better and create a more mature system to manage the development. After reading this part, I feel that globalization is like a double edges sword. It may cause problem at the beginning, but without it, maybe there won’t be fast development. So for long-term development, I think it is not a threat, instead, it is a catalyst that will push HRM in Hong Kong to move fast.
如今,知识在这个时代变得越来越重要。为了赶上社会和外部世界的发展,我们必须重新思考发展战略,才能在这场竞争中取胜。在招聘和管理员工时,人力资源部应寻找更多的知识型员工来应对业务发展,这对公司至关重要。
Nowadays, knowledge becomes more and more important in this times. In order to catch up with the development of society and outside world, we have to rethink the development strategy to win in this competition. In recruiting and managing staff, HR should find more knowledge workforce to deal with the development of business, which is crucial for company.
