Case Study

You are required to conduct an analysis of the overall strategy, or alternatively a significant strand of the strategy of the organisation that you have opted to study. You may also consider relevant business units or subsidiary units of the organisation where the strategy is considered to be specific to that unit. You should use the tools of analysis that have been covered on the course, when conducting the analysis.

The class will be split into groups working on different industry sectors and it is expected that collaborative work would be carried out especially on the sector background. The assessed component of the case study will be an individual written submission on the analysis of the strategy of your particular company.
