In the title use the term “real life” - talking here about real applicability –

Remember that there are only a limited number of words to be used – do not waste these on lots of explanations – get to the point; be precise in what you say

We want evidence that you understand the role of research, or not, in the production of regulation
If you feel research has made a contribution – demonstrate where and how
Do we have accounting theory to assist with regulation development – if yes how/what, if not then what is it all about – you decide
Remember that the title is about accounting and finance, not just one side here, you need to examine both but we have only spent time on financial regulation so it’s the impact of this on financial markets you may want, but don’t have to consider.
There is no correct answer to this question, we are looking for evidence that you understand the link between research and regulation in financial accounting – and how this in turn links to financial 指导assignment markets. (Hint: economic consequence & EMH; legitimacy; raindance;)

Marking Criteria
Evidence of research + good quality referencing 20%
Presentation, language, grammar, http://www.ukassignment.org/dxassignment/2012/0222/19281.html spelling etc 15%
Clear explanations of terms used and proper use of these 25%
Critical Argument (supported by research) 30%
Analysis & evidence from real life /Conclusions 30%
Bibliography/references do not count towards the word limit
