Question 1: What in your view is the single most important motivation for a manager to act ethically?  Please explain/defend your answer, using at least one example (real, or of your creation) to illustrate your viewpoint. Question 2: The Inside Job
In 2008 Wall Street bonuses were approximately $18.4 billion - even as the U.S. federal government was pouring billions of bailout dollars into the financial sector. "That is the height of irresponsibility," Obama fulminated. "It is shameful."
Beneath the outrage lies a true ethical dilemma. On one hand, there`s a powerful moral case to be made that executives should receive whatever the private sector is willing to pay them. On the other hand, there`s a powerful moral case to be made for seeking moderation instead of excess and for channeling those extra millions into strengthening the whole enterprise rather than rewarding its stars.
 
With regards to the above comment what are the primary issues and are they primarily and ethical or a legal issues. Please use references from the assigned readings to support your reasoning (10 marks)

3.Discuss the objectives of marketing research and how it helps to understand tourist behaviour.
4.Be able to draw recommendations on marketing strategies.
