指导assignment 实习报告格式： Reports during the internship

 Reports during the internship

a. The student has to hand in a report
b. The 1st report  consists of:
• a description of the assignment, problem definition and inducement to the assignment, and (globally) a plan of action.
• a description of the organisation (and organisation principles) of the company, its market environment and the business it’s in.
• firs impressions (level, culture, language …).
c. The 2nd report consists of:
• reporting concerning the progress of the assignment(s)
• reflection report based upon the assessment of the company mentor (how to improve).
d. The 3rd report  consists of:
• Macro-economics factors related to the company
• Own activities and follow-up assessment
• End presentation in company.
e. The end report  regards:
• a solution to the problem definition / elaboration of the assignment,http://www.ukassignment.org    including conclusions and recommendations
• important parts of the intermediate reports (taking into account the remarks of the tutor)
• giving account about the choices made during the internship
• cultural differences play an important role in the report
• contents of the end report consists at least:
- introduction
- problem definition
- description of  working method and – if the assignment contains a research – description of research approach
- analysis of the problem, description and analysis of the research results
- conclusions and recommendations
- sources and literature

论文是公司实习报告，格式为report，学校要求交一年的实习报告,所以按以上要求写，字数共10000左右，平均分配字数。实习时间是一年，所以麻烦笔者分好时间。
没有数据处理要求，但是要有参考，参考不用多，有几个就可以。
报告由浅到深写。
