There are clear and common themes resulting from all groups to the question: How do you overcome barriers ?  What works for you ? Both from your own experiences. These are the actual views / words of the students taking part. 

Morning cohort

Students considered how they had overcome barriers in their life.  http://www.ukassignment.org/  The most effective methods of overcoming barriers included:

This was by far the most important way of overcoming barriers.
