The assessment strategy is a 100% end course 4000 word individual project based on a case study of the student’s own organisation.

Students will identify, analyse and critically evaluate change in a particular organisation.  The process will involve

• Identification of what needed to change and why
• The ways in which ideas about change and strategies to address the main issues were generated
• What the change was and who was involved
• How change was planned, implemented and managed
• The impact of change

Theoretical perspective and approaches appropriate to business strategy http://www.ukassignment.org/  and managing change will underpin the discussion and the links between theory and the application of meaningful strategies should be clearly demonstrated.
