In a company there are employees from different background so to make the issues understandable there should be some leaders who possess communication skills and through this skill they should be able to make employees know what they should be doing to achieve the company's goals. So organization's problem can be solved by working in a group of diverse employees who possess the ability to communicate effectively with the group members. Now every employees costs a company some overhead expense. As a result, organization always look for a person who is skill in their own department and also has the communication skills through which he or she can make other group members understand how any function would yield a positive result to the company. At the end it is noticeable that small amount of employees, with small amount of words with highly communicative speech that generate the main goal of a company means lesser the costs for an organization. The characteristics of good communication is that there should be a clear meaning of the information that is delivered, there should be eloquence in the means through which the information is passing.

Now, although profit maximization is the ultimate goal for an organization, GB group sets its new objectives which specifies that they will reduce their operation cost by relocating their IT department and Customer support team to a new location within a year. A company relocates for some reasons like to reduce the objection of customers, a more productive work environment, higher effective organization, lower wage and related expenses, job satisfaction, improved business functionality. It is realistic, measurable(because only two department is relocated so the reduced operation costs can be measured) and achievable because they have narrowed down the time limit and also the portion that will be relocated to reduce the operation costs as such this is a clear objectives of a company. The followings are the program of work that has been planned right after the Annual Report of the company, and it has shown that Costs from IT department and Customer service is not significant to the profit rather it is significant to the losses of this company. In the communication Audit and Mission statement the message will be like "Within a year and half we are planning to cut the operational costs by 20%".

This will be communicated all the employees of these two departments and only the leaders of other departments.
 
Online Communications; With this program of online communication with the employees of those departments, COO would be able to get current reflection of the period print publications from the employees and get to know how they react to this publications. Thus, COO can motivate the employees to work benevolently for the organization and at the same time they will not get shock by the news that this company is relocating those departments to other country. This communication will be done through online connection with the managers and some of the leaders of every departments.
 
Meeting and Conference Materials; From the online communication, many employees would share his argument against the news they had come across from periodic print publications. Thus, there will held a meeting with certain number of employees to present how these costs is not supporting organization to achieve its long term goal. COO will use all financial data, other related information and analysis to validate his argument for the claim that these two departments have been incurring a huge expense to make the company's dream come true. This is communicated only with the managers and some leaders of the workers' group.
 
Media relations and Public relations materials; Whatever happens internally so far should not go in the media because this will have a negative impact to the investment world. Rather in the media, COO will emphasize on expanding their business by efficient use of the resources. Efficient use of the resources would not be a total lie false if COO actually means that they will relocate their two departments to a new country. This is communicated through the newspaper, with the logo of this company.
 
Marketing and Sales tools; COO will use their marketing group to understand how effectively customers services can be delivered from a different country and find out the related costs of shifting to a new office. This process will start right at the beginning of the objectives. However, marketing people may not know about the relocation rather they will think that the company is expanding its business to a new country as a result they will not leak out this information to other employees which will create an operation loss for the company.
 
Legal and Legislative Documents; While communicating with the employees, COO will be addressing their issues with the legal adviser to get the legal license of doing their service from a different nation. This will be done right after the economic costs are measured and resulted to be less than the costs of continuing the IT and Customer service operation from the existing location.

Through this communication plan the company bring the employees in the planning process and thus the company avoid giving them any surprises when they actually implement their program of relocation. In the meantime, some employees had given their best to protect the company and to achieve their goal so the company take advantage of this ongoing news. The COO track the employees through their journals and get feedback from their managers while talking online without pushing them hard words like this department is doing bad. So all these process of communication, COO involve their employees to give a judgement rather than forcing them to work on their own goals.
