Besides, the big quantity and low quality loans lead potential crisis to banks. The previous situations require real estate corporate to take more social responsibility. This paper bases on the current research of CSR, it isn't talking about the common things about CSR, nevertheless, it talks about the realization of the concrete real estate, mainly from the view of outside instead of inside. The whole article constitutes five parts, the first parts is introduction part, mainly introduce the background, the purpose and the meaning of this paper, then explains the border of this real estate CSR in this paper. It also introduces some research on CSR from home and broad. The second part introduces the theoretical principle of the taking social responsibility, expound the necessity respectively from the sight of economics, management, corporate ecology and nomology.
