Monsanto was founded in 1901, and it was a chemical company originaly, and expanded itself to agricultural, biological and medical fields gradually. Presently, Monsanto has owned a number of most advanced biological science technologies, and the transgenosis products of which have already dominated the global trensgenosis agricultural products. Over the one hundred years, Monsanto has gone through lots of transformation, bought and sold a lot of enterprises, and have received appreciation as well as criticism. Just two years ago, the transgenosis technology has put Monsanto to the stage of consensus. Today, Monsanto is still struggling at the cemter of a controversy, has again become forced to the crossroad of history, as a result the merger of Pfizer and pharmacia. 

 

In 2009, Monsanto has already reached an amazing turnover of 11.7 billion. In Monsanto, widest range of products are offered to their customers, namely the farmers. Their products include sugar cane, cotton, corn, canola and soybean seeds. The advance technologies are applied in order to satisfy the various demands of farmers in different areas. It can be concluded that Monsanto provides best quality seeds and widest range of products to attract more customers. This is an eternal market stratefy. Besides, Monsanto also offers cutting-edge scientifical and biological technologies for the customers. Develping new technologies is a smart way to improve profits, and  the customers are benefitial from the new scientifical improvements. 

 

In America, transgenosis soybeans and corns are not the main food for Americal people, but they have become the most competitive agricultural products worldwide. In 1991, the National Strategy of transgenosis agriculture has become established, and it is declared that no effort is spared to develop transgenosis technologies and facilitate the commercialization of transgrnosis products. So since 1996, under the promotion of Mosanto and Pioneer Hi-Bred and such companies, American transgenosis strategies have begun to improve rapidly. 

 

Ideology is a super-structure, is a direct reflect of social economic foundation and political syste, including politics, laws, philosophy, morality, art and religion. A certain ideology will be helpful in drawing people’s hearts together, maintaining the stability of society, and offering a good social condition for further economical development. Secondly, it helps to coordinate the relationship between enterprises and external organisations, in order to reduce friction loss fees. A certain ideology influences the entrepreneurs’ attitudes towards employees. For example, at the end of ninteenth century, inside groups and organizations, the privilege ideology was still influencing the entrepreneurs. According to Nile, the entrepreneurs’ attitudes were very proud, overly confident, disrespect the employees and even exploited employess nakedly. And these behaviours triggered dissatisfaction and resistance of workers, they frequently went on strikes and destroyed instruments. In 20th century, entrepreneurs were influenced by freedom, human rights and such capital ideologies, they are not so proud, and became aware of humans’ values, and of maintaning a harmonious relationship with the government and labours. Although the capitalism is not changed, the change in entrepreneurs’ attitudes towards workers has eased the conflicts with them.
