优步是一家新兴的运输服务公司。Uber的商业模式可以概括为O2O、C2C和共享经济。Uber Technologies Inc.借助于传统产业经济实体与现代互联网技术的结合优势,构建了传统产业供需在线平台(Rempel,2014)。此外,优步充分利用技术优势和品牌优势,大胆创新,丰富业务(Rempel,2014)。具体来说,优步已经成为一家通勤服务公司,生活方式与物流的结合也已成为该公司的地位。
Ubermovers是一种移动服务,可以为用户提供免费的移动箱和移动工具。UberCargo可以为部分散货提供运输服务。UBREST提供了外卖服务。外卖服务可以有效地建立用户粘性,拓展注意力深度,增强品牌形象。Uber is an emerging transportation service company. The business model of Uber can be concluded as O2O, C2C and sharing economy. Aided by the advantage of the combination between entities operating economy on traditional industry and modern internet technology, Uber technologies Inc. build an online platform of the supply and demand for traditional industries (Rempel, 2014). Moreover, Uber has fully taken advantage of technical superiority and brand advantage to carry out bold innovation and enrich the business(Rempel, 2014). In specific, Uber has become a commuter service company, and the position has become where lifestyle meets logistics.

Besides the transportation services, Uber has launched financing services and commuting services.The objectives for financing services are to expand the consumption market and increase the number of partnerships(Cannon & Summers, 2014). Cooperating with automakers and credit agencies, Uber offers car rental services for individuals with good credit standing. Using the financing services, the signed drives can enjoy the lower market interest rates for car loans. However, during the loan period, drivers need to use the car on the Uber platform. The commuting services can effectively expand the business in the non-travel areas, and the commuting services include UBERRUSH, CORNERSTORE, UBERMOVERS, UBERCARGO and UBEREATS. In specific, UBERRUSH is a kind of city distribution service, and users can reserve express service as same as reserving vehicle travel. CORNERSTORE is a kind of social service, which can fully take advantage the existing driver and vehicle to designedly distribute more than 100 kinds of scarce goods in convenience store. This business fully demonstrates the advantages of sharing economy, and reflects the Uber corporate social responsibility. UBERMOVERS is the moving services, which can provide users with free moving boxes and moving tools. UBERCARGO can provide shipping services for parts of bulk cargo. UBEREATS provides the take-away service. The take-away service can effectively establish user stickiness, expand the depth of attention and strength the brand presence. 
In order to ensure the quality of service and security, Uber has taken the advantage of mobile Internet and big data technique by establishing a scientific service system and security system. In specific, Uber Company has established consistent standardization process, strict evaluation of service and complaint resolution system, which can ensure high quality travel services (Farrell, 2014). In order to ensure the quality of service, Uber would not only continuously strengthen the pre and post training assessment of drives, but also regularly check the ratings of derives and carry out strict access and exit mechanism. Uber is based on mobile Internet information platform. The strong capacity of information services can record the whole process of each service, which guarantees evidence available. Uber has established the linkage mechanism with urban traffic law enforcement complaint department, which can assist the government in dealing with related issues. On the other hand, Uber commits that Uber will bear 100% liability for the losses caused by Uber’s platform. Moreover, Uber provides additional high insurance for both drivers and passengers, and the insurance covers the whole journey (Rogers, 2015). 
In the future, Uber Company should set diversification strategy as the core. In specific, the Uber Company should construct three dimensional intelligent traffic system, which should include all parts of commuter services. In addition, Uber Company should create a comprehensive O2O service platform. On the other hand, in some countries, the business of Uber lies in the blank area of the policies and regulations. The operations of Uber will suffer interruption from local government (Wirtz& Tang, 2016). Thus, Uber Company should actively collaborate with foreign governments.
