The research questions of my dissertation will be as follows

1. Why e-recruitment is popular in China at present? What trends are there in the use of internet recruitment?
2. How does internet impact on people’s application conduct? What factors impact on people use internet to hunter for jobs?
3. How to improve the effectiveness of e-recruitment for companies? How to attract the appropriate talents?
